This policy provides coverage for death of an animal resulting from accident, injury, sickness and disease. It also provides coverage in the event that destruction for humane reasons is necessary. Theft coverage is included at no additional charge. |

| The Major Medical coverage endorsement is an addition to the Full Mortality policy. This coverage cannot be purchased alone. After a deductible of $250 per claim, this coverage will pay all reasonable and customary charges of a licensed veterinarian which are necessitated by accident, illness, disease or injury occurring during the policy period of insurance for which mortality coverage is in force and incurred no later than 30 days after the expiration date of the policy or the mortality coverage period of the insured horse. | ||

This coverage is only available for equine only. This coverage provides as an endorsement to the Full Mortality Coverage. This Coverage can not be purchased alone. This coverage will pay up to $5,000 annually for non-elective surgeries. Age limits do apply for this coverage. There is not a deductible for this coverage if a claim is made.
